Phil Beniamino, CEO

Is no stranger to building businesses. He has been an entrepreneur since graduating college. He has learned how to build a house from the foundation up by watching others build and renovate in his many real estate investments over the years. He took that knowledge and surrounded himself with a team of expert builders to form BR Builders, where he can focus on new and creative custom-built homes to make others dreams come true. 

Richard Gawlik, COO

Is also the owner of Retro Contracting. He decided to join the BR Builders team because he believes in the vision Phil has for the customization of homes and making home owners dreams come true. He has been building and renovating houses for over 20 years working closely with homeowners to see their vision become a reality. 

 Krissy Gawlik, CFO

Has worked in the industry for over 20 years, she is also a licensed real estate agent, constantly watching the market making sure you get the best bang for your buck. She has a knack for delivering projects on time and on budget. She is all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together.
