7. How long will it take to build me new home? THIS DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE HOME AND THE WEATHER, ON AVERAGE 4-6 MONTHS
8. Does the community have a homeowners association (HOA) and/or an Architectural Review Committee? If so, may I get a copy of their rules and the amount of any fees? THIS WILL BE DETERMINED BY EACH HOMESITE
